Dr. Jared L. Warren Psy.D.
Dr. Warren is a clinical psychologist specializing in the treatment of mood, anxiety, trauma, personality, neurodevelopmental, bipolar, obsessive-compulsive, and adjustment disorders. He believes in a nonjudgmental and eclectic approach to therapy and emphasizes the integration and understanding of biological, psychological, and social factors influencing an individual’s functioning. Dr. Warren has experience conducting disability, intelligence/achievement, personality, ADHD, and learning disability evaluations. Some specific therapeutic modalities that Dr. Warren utilizes include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Interpersonal Therapy.
Dr. Warren’s other professional interests include advocacy for legislation that promotes improved quality of care for patients as well as improved conditions for clinicians. Some of his additional advocacy interests include suicide prevention, the integration of technology into psychotherapeutic practice, and stigma reduction.
Dr. Warren earned his Bachelors of Science degree in psychology from Towson University. He continued his education, graduating with a Masters of Science in clinical psychology from Montclair State and Nova Southeastern Universities. Dr. Warren finished his academic journey at Nova Southeastern University, where he received his doctorate in clinical psychology. Throughout his doctoral training he provided clinical services at the School-related Psychological Assessment and Clinical Interventions clinic, the Anxiety Treatment Center, Behavioral Health Associates of Broward, and completed an accredited internship at Centerstone Consortium.
