Kristen is a dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 5 years of experience in providing comprehensive mental health and behavioral health services. She holds a Master’s degree in Social Work from University of South Florida, a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Park University, Parkville, MO and is licensed to practice in the state of Florida.
Kristen is committed to helping clients navigate life’s challenges through evidence-based therapeutic techniques. She employs a client-centered approach, integrating strategies from cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness practices to tailor interventions to each individual’s needs.
Kristen has worked in a variety of settings including school systems with at-risk children and teens, hospital setting, geriatric community, and not-for-profit mental health centers. She is passionate about advocating for mental health awareness.
